BitPace: Running Coach is a professional planning workspace for jogging and shuttle-run coaches. Enter body mass, stride length, cadence, and surface — get an instant Vector Load Index, ligament stress map, and safety-checked microcycle. No sensors. No cloud. No noise.
Six focused instruments that convert raw mechanical observations into organized, high-level athletic documentation.
Combine body mass, stride length, cadence, surface, and volume into a single, comparable VLI score for every session.
Peak ligament stress is calculated and mapped so you can see exactly where braking and turning forces concentrate.
Muscles and tendons are visualized as live vector heatmaps, isolated to jogging or high-impact shuttle deceleration.
Braking-phase load is checked against tendon tolerance thresholds before a sharp 180° turn ever overworks a knee or ankle.
Log plant faults on the spot and instantly pair them with biomechanically sound recovery protocols and drill swaps.
Never finalize a plan with a gap — meters confirm every critical variable in an athlete's profile is accounted for.
Drag the sliders to model an athlete. The engine below mirrors the app's core calculation — mass, stride, cadence, surface, and turn severity, resolved into a live VLI reading and joint stress split.
This is a simplified educational model for demonstration. The full app's kinetic simulation engine performs isolated per-drill analysis with your complete athlete profile — entirely offline.
We are a small team of track technicians and mobile developers who spent seasons standing on infields watching athletes overwork the same knee or ankle, session after session, with no simple way to prove it before it became an injury.
Our mission is to give jogging, shuttle, and sprint coaches a professional-grade biomechanics workspace that needs nothing but manually entered metrics — no wearables, no live sensors, no sample datasets standing in for real athletes.
BitPace converts body mass, stride length, cadence, surface type, and volume into an exact Vector Load Index, peak ligament stress maps, and live muscle-tendon heatmaps — then checks every planned braking phase against tendon tolerance.
It matters because connective tissue doesn't send a warning shot. A single unchecked 180° deceleration can end a season. BitPace exists so that risk gets flagged on the page, before it happens on the track.
Plan the mechanics. Protect the athlete. Own the pace.
BitPace: Running Coach was built as a local workspace from the ground up. This policy explains, in plain terms, what happens to the information you enter — and the short version is: nothing leaves your device, ever. There are no accounts, no servers, and no background connections that transmit athlete data, training metrics, or biomechanical calculations anywhere.
We collect nothing. BitPace does not gather names, emails, athlete identities, biometric data, location data, device identifiers, or usage analytics. Every field you fill in — body mass, stride length, cadence, surface type, plant-fault notes — stays exactly where you typed it.
Because nothing is collected, nothing is used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. There is no advertising engine, no behavioral tracking, and no data pipeline of any kind connected to the app.
Athlete profiles, VLI calculations, microcycle plans, and technique audit entries are stored locally on your device's storage only. No cloud backend, no remote database, and no synchronization service is used to hold or process your data.
BitPace does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash-reporting trackers, or social plugins. The internal simulation engine that computes VLI, ligament stress, and heatmaps runs entirely offline within the app itself.
Because your training data never travels over a network, it is never exposed to interception, server breaches, or third-party mishandling. Security is inherent to the app's local-only architecture rather than dependent on external safeguards.
BitPace does not knowingly or unknowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Since no data is gathered from any user of any age, the app is inherently compliant with COPPA and equivalent regional protections.
There are no accounts to manage and no remote records to request deletion of. Uninstalling the app permanently and completely removes every athlete profile, plan, and calculation stored on your device — you are always in full control.
If this policy is ever updated, the revised version will be published within the app and on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of BitPace after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
